The War-Office is a specialist figure painting service for wargamers & collectors. It is run by Tony Carter, a wargamer and figure painter with more than 22 years' experience.

The War-Office was started following parenthood, where it became blatantly obvious that Mrs Carter could earn far more money than Mr Carter, so I started up a home business, and the rest is history.

Based in the North East of Scotland, I supply customers from all over the world, and have completed a number of commissions for leading figure manufacturers.

I work in all scales, and supply a finish to suit most budgets. I specialise in AFV of all nationalities, and I turn out a mean curry too...!
